1. About This Site
This website, mycontent.uk, lists surplus and clearance equipment offered for private sale. Items are sold by the site owner on a non-retail basis. Most stock is used, ex-commercial, or surplus to requirement and may not be in working condition.
2. Description of Goods
All items are described honestly to the best of our knowledge. Photographs form part of the description and show the actual item unless stated otherwise. No warranty, guarantee, or assurance of completeness or fitness for purpose is given or implied. Buyers are welcome to inspect items in person before purchase. Measurements, weights, and specifications are approximate.
3. Condition of Sale
All items are sold “as seen” and “as available”. No returns or refunds will be accepted unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where items are described as “for spares or repair”, they should be assumed to be non-functional and requiring attention or parts.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP (£) unless stated otherwise. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed when an order or enquiry is made. Items remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received and cleared.
5. Collection and Transport
Unless specifically arranged otherwise, all items are collection only from the stated location. Buyers are responsible for arranging suitable transport and any lifting or loading equipment required. Collection must be made within a reasonable time after purchase.
6. Liability
No liability is accepted for loss, damage, or injury resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of any item sold through this site. Buyers assume all responsibility for ensuring the safe and lawful use of purchased equipment.
7. Availability
Items are offered subject to prior sale or withdrawal without notice. Availability on the website does not guarantee that the item remains unsold.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
